Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally-invasive procedure in which we use very tiny needles to slightly puncture your skin.  It is also called collagen induction therapy.  The procedure stimulates new collagen growth to generate new skin tissue.  This helps the skin to be smoother, firmer and improve the tone and texture.  It is nearly painless as we are sure to numb your face well prior to your treatment.   Downtime procedure is approximately 48 hours.  When this is over, be prepared to have glowing, refreshed skin.

Microneedling is effective and approved for a variety of conditions.   It can help with fine lines and wrinkles, scars, acne, enlarged pores, post-inflammatory pigmentation and so many more skin conditions.   The procedure helps to rebuild the collagen in your skin making it look more youthful with every treatment.   Treatments are best done in a series of 3, 4 months apart, although you are likely to see improvement after just one treatment.

In doing so, these micro-injuries encourage and harness the body’s innate ability to regrow and repair the skin through normal physiological processes and the skin becomes rejuvenated and refreshed.
