How do I schedule my appointment?

Bookings are made via through contacting us at 740-936-3050, renovarehydrationandwellness@gmail.com for in office and concierge treatments.

Additionally, you may book online here.

I am a new patient, do I need a medical consultation?

Yes!   All new patient will receive a free medical consultation included with their first treatment.  Expect this consult to take 30-45 minutes.  Please be sure to bring information about your medical history, allergies and a list of all medications and supplements that you may be taking.   We will discuss the goals of your care and help you to formulated a holistic treatment plan to help you reach your aesthetic and wellness goals.

 

If at any time your health or goals change, please let us know and we can get you a new consultation free of charge with any treatment visit.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.  Please ensure your paperwork is completed prior to arriving.  If your forms are not complete upon your arrival, it will take away from your treatment time. If you are experiencing issues completing your online paperwork, please give us a call prior to your appointment and/or arrive early so that we may assist.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, we will have to reschedule as it impedes on the service/treatment being provided and affects the next client that is scheduled. Please give us a call if you happen to be running behind so that we can make the proper adjustments.  We always try our best to accommodate all of our clients but certain circumstances will be at the discretion of the provider.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Please call us at 740-936-3050 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel.   You may also email us at renovarehydrationandwellness@gmail.com

What is the cancellation policy?

Life happens and sometimes cancellations are inevitable. Please allow us advanced notice, preferably 24-48 hours before your appointment time, so that we may make adjustments and open our schedule to other clients on our wait list. Each of our treatments are formulated specifically for you, our patient.  Last minute cancellations do not allow us to fill our schedule in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy as this will allow us to provide the highest quality service for all patients. We value your time and in return, we hope you value ours.  

By booking an appointment with us, you are automatically enrolled in our cancellation policy. To reserve your appointment with us, our system will require a credit card on file.   You will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.  To be respectful of our providers’ time, any cancellations made in the 24 hour window or missed appointments will be assessed the $50 cancellation fee. If you miss your scheduled appointment repeatedly, we may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your next appointment.

 

If it is within the 24 hour window and you need to adjust your appointment time within the same day, please give us a call at 740-936-3050 so we can adjust as possible.

​What about my kids and personal belongings?

To create a calming environment for all clients and ensure the safety of your children, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. We want to be fully focused on our client and their treatments so we are not available to watch or take responsibility for your kiddos.   Should there be a last minute emergency, we kindly ask you to give our studio a call ahead of time to ensure we have staff available to assist. We are happy to make an exception when possible. Children are not permitted in the treatment rooms.

How can I sign up for Renovaré's mailing list?

By booking an appointment with us, you are automatically enrolled in our email marketing efforts! Don’t worry, we won’t spam you, but if you’d like to opt out of our email marketing, please send us an email at renovarehydrationandwellness@gmail.com and we’d be happy to remove you from our mailing list. 

Payments
Payments can be made with cash, check, or Card (Credit/Debit).   We also accept Venmo.   Payments are made at the time of service.

 


Treatment Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse treatment on professional, medical and/or ethical grounds. Your practitioner is a professional medical clinician with a license to practice issued by either the Ohio state medical board or the Ohio Board of Nursing.  We will not recommend treatment if it is deemed inappropriate, not expected to yield satisfying results or may risk more harm than benefit. We do not offer treatment for clients under the age of 18.  Please notify us if you think you may be pregnant.
